While returns are not accepted, we believe that your investment in Aurreva jewelry continues to hold value and appreciation.

To honor this, we offer our clients a refined exchange program for select pieces.

1.Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only for single-diamond pieces such as:

  • Solitaire pendants
  • Solitaire studs
  • Solitaire rings

2.Exchange Value

Eligible items may be exchanged for a new Aurreva creation of higher value, with 70% of the original purchase value applied as store credit toward the new piece.

3.Quality Inspection

All exchanged items will undergo a thorough quality assessment by our in-house experts to ensure:

  • Authenticity
  • Condition and craftsmanship

Only after approval will the exchange be processed.

4.Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for shipping and insurance costs when sending the item back to Aurreva.
  • We strongly recommend using a fully insured courier service for the return shipment.

5.Non-Returnable Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our craftsmanship and the intrinsic value of fine gold, Aurreva does not accept returns.
